Auburn Court is licensed by AZDHS to provide the highest level of care, directed care. We assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, medication management, mobility, and memory support. Each resident’s care is tailored to their individual needs.

Auburn Court is an intimate residential home, not a large facility. With a smaller number of residents, we are able to provide more personalized attention, consistent caregivers, and a calm, home-like environment.

Our all-inclusive monthly rate provides a private room, certified caregiver support, medication management, coordination of medical appointments, three home-cooked meals daily with snacks, housekeeping, laundry service, utilities, incontinence supplies, daily engaging activities and more. At Auburn Court, engagement is intentional and personalized. We offer daily opportunities for connection and enrichment, including group exercise classes with a fitness specialist, creative crafts, live music, games, pet therapy, equine therapy, mini putting green, fitness area and so much more. 

We love to celebrate holidays, birthdays, and encourage family participation whenever possible. Our focus is not simply keeping residents entertained, but helping them feel engaged, purposeful, and connected.

Yes. As a licensed directed care home, we are equipped to care for residents with memory impairment. Our team is trained to provide structured support while preserving dignity and independence whenever possible. We're proud to offer specific memory care features like our Memory Board and Brain Games. Our team participates in continuing memory care education and training regularly to ensure we provide the best care possible for your loved one.

Safety is a top priority. Our home features keypad entry and exit, alert chimes on all outside doors and windows, electronic sign in desk for every visitor and various safety devices like bed alarms, call light systems and fall mats. Auburn Court was built with fall prevention in mind including well lit common areas with clear walkways for ease of mobility. Our bathrooms are equipped with NFSI slip resistant flooring, ADA compliant roll in showers and grab bars making Auburn Court a clear choice when it comes to keeping your loved one safe.
